I am writing to thank you for all your help in getting me mobile and pain free again. I had an MRI scan and was diagnosed with a trapped sciatic nerve which made it very difficult for me to walk as I was in a lot of pain. I was given acupuncture, physiotherapy and loads of different tablets, none of which did any good! After my first treatment with you I was able to get rid of the foot brace which the hospital gave me and after my second treatment I was able to walk without my stick which I had been using all the time! So than you again Katie.

I was recommended to go to Katie by a personal trainer (always a good referral). I had an injury in my arm, I had already been to another physio who wasn't much good, but with Katie, she diagnosed my injury quickly , tennis elbow and I made a full recovery thanks to her treatment. Being active I have been going back ever since to sort out strains and pains, Katie knows her stuff.

Same with me, Katie gave me great exercises to prevent it happening again and exercises i can do and advice to make things much more comfortable. Her session really helped me. Thanks Katie.
