About me...

Perform Sports Therapy is proud to be a part of The Best Of Haverhill, it has been offically recognised as one of the best businesses in Haverhill. As well as offering private treatments, I also proudly work as the Head Sports Therapist for Saffron Walden Town Football Club and Cambridge University Rugby League. I have recently worked with Eastern Counties RFU senior team and this year worked at several 7s rugby tournaments from U16s to U23s. Also, last season I was the Sports Therapist for Cambridge Rugby Union Football Club. Prior to Perform Sports Therapy I worked in private practice and gained experience in busy clinical settings. I hold a level 2 Emergency Aid and Trauma Management first aid qualification from The Society of Sports Therapists and I am fully qualified to provide first aid cover for any pitch side or sporting event. I have recently supported Race For Life at both Bury St. Edmunds and Cambridge hosting events, as a volunteer Sports Therapist providing sports massages and injury advice to the runners. Since the age of 4 I have participated in Ballroom and Latin American dancing, taking exams up to Gold Star level under the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) and competed both locally and nationally. I regularly competed at national grand finals at the Tower Ballroom, Blackpool. In 2001, I was the National Juvenile Sequence Champion. I have also performed at The Dominion Theatre, London in a one off ‘Born to Perform’ young performer’s variety show. Whilst studying at Coventry University I was a member of the Cheerleading Society and competed as a member of the competition team for the University.
